With a background spanning global brands and African food systems, Kerry leads Sense’s work on business modelling, network development, and strategic advisory. She also serves as Director of the GROW Network, advocating for African expertise in development.

Kundai Chibarabada is an accountant and financial advisor with over 15 years of experience. She holds both a Bachelor of Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration as well as membership in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She is passionate about numbers, system implementation and always seeking continuous improvement. She loves travelling, adventures, and debtors who pay on time.

Chantal is a curriculum design specialist with over 20 years of experience in education. She leads the creation of Sense’s practical learning tools and LMS content, and is behind the training modules powering coaching systems in West and Southern Africa.
