Instructional Designer
We are recruiting an experienced Instructional Designer, with a background in business and agri-processing topics.
Join our team as we work together to improve the business skills of entrepreneurs who grow and process food in Africa. We can clearly say that this role is made for someone who loves learning random info, is interested in business, is creative, practical and is curious about Africa. Each year we train and coach business owners on behalf of our international clients who include GiZ, IFC World Bank, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Netherlands and many more. This is a truly international career as our current projects take us to Burkina Faso, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Eritrea, Malawi, Nigeria, Madagascar and the list is growing.
Why are we recruiting?
Learning programs are more than ever a keystone in development. And because we believe in the power of practical training, we’re building a dynamic, learning practice area that makes a real difference to business owners who’re putting everything on the line. Our flavour of training is slick, simple, engaging and very practical. And because it’s all in the rest of Africa, the focus is on in-person training.
